| Since I was a waitress, I understand the necessity of tips. If the service was at or above par, I tip 20% or more. If it was below par, I tip 15%. I rarely tip less, and can only remember 1 time that I gave a very bad tip in exchange for very bad service.
At a bar, I generally tip $1 per drink, unless it's popping the top off of a few beer bottles. Then I tip $2 for the grouping of them.

| How do I stay stress free? By realizing that there is nothing stressful in life. Everything is a choice, and everything is an opportunity to learn. Stress comes from worry which is projecting feelings into the future about an event that may or may not happen. Why waste your time thinking about things that may never happen? Think about what you're doing right now, and in every single moment, there is no conflict. There is no stress. Everything that makes you feel uneasy or angry is your teacher. It is your reminder of how to act, how to be, how to live. If someone acts out at you in a way that is not right, thank them for being your teacher. (Not necessarily out loud!) If you are thinking about something you have in your life that you don't like, think about how you can make it something that you do like. Spend time each day thinking about the amazing things in your life. You'll be amazed at how much better you feel when you give thanks for the beautiful things that surround your life. Obviously everyone answering this question has computer access, which is incredible technology if you think about it. Everyone has the right to their own opinion. Everyone has the opportunity to make choices about their lives every single moment of every single day. How can you be stressed when you look at the opportunities in your life?!
